This is concerning a recent article in the Las Vegas Review Journal about the Nevada Health Link (Nevada’s current Health Insurance Exchange).

We would like to comment on this article for the sake of those clients who we have attempted unsuccessfully to enroll into a Health Insurance plan during this 1st year of “Open Enrollment”.

Despite our efforts of daily phone calls into the Nevada Health Link to overcome some of their system errors, we’ve been unable to resolve many of our customers’ issues because of these “glitches” noted in the article.  We want to let our clients know that we care about them and have enlisted the help of the office of Senator Harry Reid.

We apologize that we’ve been unable to get so many of our clients cases resolved, but we will continue on a daily basis to work with Nevada Health Link to get your Health Insurance active and working properly.
