The Beginning of Obamacare
The Affordable Care Act. We are hearing that this law will insure more Americans and drive insurance costs down. Of course, I’m pretty skeptical it will drive costs down.
We will learn what “Exchanges” are.
At this point really, we have no idea what this means.
